What are the picts of (1 and 2) and what are they for? Looks like you have a TJ with aftermarket lights, stereo and CB.

I'm trying to determine if I have an oil cooler in front of radiator and an electric fan

I think you're mistaking an a/c condenser in front of the radiator for an oil cooler. And yep you have an electric fan. I'm not sure what the final five pictures are there for.

One has an electric motor and the other is driven directly by the engine.

The factory engine fan is belt driven by the same serpentine belt that drives the fan, water pump, alternator, power steering pump, and a/c compressor. The factory fan is very efficient and it pulls a lot of air through the radiator.

The aftermarket fan the previous owner installed into your TJ runs from an electric 12 volt motor powered by the electrical system. Its main benefit is it can be shut off by an electric switch for deep water crossings so the fan doesn't act like a propeller and pull itself into the radiator and damage the radiator.
