Auto Trans Slipping

I have a 3 spd auto trans in my TJ that's slipping. Build sheet says, "3-Spd. Automatic 32RH Transmission". Fluid is where it should be. If I slightly hold back on the shifter it doesn't slip. If I start out in first, then shift to second or third everything runs fine after that. Once warmed up everything is as it should be. Is this a linkage problem? Something I can simply adjust? Ideas?

Edit: Nevermind, saw advice in similar posts.

Thanks
