Aux lighting help!!! Electrical...

So I was driving on a dirt road a while ago and all the sudden my windshield mounted lights went out. They're hella 500s and they do have an inline fuse any idea what might have happened???

Yes. Darkness happened.
Ok, well it was funny to me....
If the fuse is still good, connection to power probably vibrated loose.

I assume you did not install them You have to trace out the wiring to find the problem. The have (should) have a relay which would be common to both. Find it and check the connections.

I'd check the connection to ground sooner rather than later. Make sure there is good metal to metal contact.

Something probably came loose or the power was cut from it somewhere, follow the line and see if something messed the wire up

I tried tracing the wire and everything seemed fine even the fuse was good but I'll see if getting a new fuse and relay works maybe it was the switch that busted but if it doesn't work I'll just take it to the shop.

Check for voltage in this order:
  1. With the switch on, check for voltage on the switch side of the relay (i.e. The incoming voltage that makes the relay work).
  2. Check for constant voltage at the relay coming from the battery.
  3. With the switch on, check for voltage coming out of the relay toward the lights.
  4. With the switch on, check for voltage at the first light.
  5. Check the light's ground.

With the exception of the last item, use independent grounds (i.e. nothing that the lights are using) when checking for voltage.
