Average time it takes to bed-line interior?

Hey guys, thinking about bed lining the interior with Raptor or Herc...whats the average time it takes? Would I need to make sure I have a full day open? I've looked around and some people do it in a day some people take longer.

I just did the back end and it took an afternoon. But I really didn't do all the prep. Just removed major parts and went to town. Wear gloves and long sleeve you don't like. It does not come off easily. I used herc.

Thanks man! So I would probably say that I should leave a full day to do the whole thing.

Yea. If you're doing everything the right way, like I said I just half a$$ed it but, a whole day maybe would be fine.

Make sure you wear something you don't like because you will get it on you

Just do what the instructions say. One coat at a tine or whatever. You will see runs and puddles if not. I can in mine but my dogs aren't going to say anything to me about it lol

I allotted a weekend to do mine. Day 1 I stripped the interior and sanded everything. Day 2, I cleaned the interior with MEK and applied both coats of monstaliner giving about 6 hours in between coats. After applying the last coat, I gave it 24 hours before reassembling the interior.

Yours is probably a better timeframe than mine. And way better looking but its all good for me.

Is it ok to do just the back end and finish the rest later? The back end is the biggest concern, since that is where you haul stuff of course.

Did mine last Memorial Day weekend. Friday parked it in the garage and took out seats, and started wrapping in plastic. Also wrapped everything in the garage in plastic. Saturday morning washed and prepped with scour pad roughing up paint. Did the liner the rest of the day till the evening. Sunday let dry. Monday put seats and everything back in.

It took me a weekend, but I put about 1.5 gallons of herculiner on it. I sanded and prepped in the sun so the MEK would dry fast, and put a few coats on in the sun. Then I pushed it in the garage for a few more coats while it was dark out. Let it dry overnight, then put it together midday the the next day after a little more time in the sun to cure.
