Axel Swap

Anyone know if a stock 07 Dana 44 rear axel will bolt straight up to my 00 TJ? It has 16000 miles on them and the guy wants 800$ for it. Is this a good price?

Price is good, however I don't think its is a direct bolt up.. also different bolt pattern on the lugs.

That would be a great upgrade if you can weld. It would need TJ brackets. The lug pattern is not the same, like said above. It is also a little wider WMS to WMS.

No it will not. Different brackets, bolt pattern etc. About as much work as a 8.8.
