Axle shaft / brake rotor question

Going to be doing quite a bit of work to the jeep soon and I want to make sure I order the right parts, I have a 99 TJ with a 4.0L / AX15 5 speed and D30 / D35

Im looking to replace the ball joints and when im putting it back together id like to use as many new parts as I can, IE axle shafts, steering knuckles, brakes and such but im not 100% sure on which shafts to get and which rotors to buy (according to Qtec they changed rotor styles in the middle of 99 so im not sure which I need, anyone got pics of the differences?) also are these the correct shafts for a D30 thats stock except 4.10 gearing?-

RH - Superior Axle and Gear DC6093 - Superior Axle & Gear Discovery Series Right Hand 27 Spline Inner Axle Shaft for 84-06 Jeep® Wrangler YJ, TJ, TJ Unlimited, Grand Cherokee & Cherokee XJ - Quadratec

LH- Superior Axle and Gear DC6115 - Superior Axle & Gear Discovery Series Left Hand 27 Spline Inner Axle Shaft for 84-06 Jeep® Wrangler YJ, TJ, TJ Unlimited, Grand Cherokee & Cherokee XJ - Quadratec

Incase your wondering, I want to put new parts in because I know whats on their now is trash, I recently had some axle U-joints installed up front and when they were putting it back together they realized that one of the RH steering knuckle bolt holes were stripped out and (pretty sure they did it but I have no proof) so right now its just being held in with sealant... ghetto I know but I didnt have the money to get a new knuckle then, also the brakes are almost non-existant so thats why I plan on the new rotors and pads

Thanks for any help

Vanco brakes will get you new knuckles and a great brake set-up.
