Back seat removal?

Sometimes I feel dumb about asking things like this, but I can't seem to figure out how to get the back seat out. I'm cleaning out the interior after flooding it last night. Most of the mud is gone in the pics because I've been at this for a while now. I already got the carpet out and sprayed off too.

Top middle of the back of your rear seat, is a latch. Pull it up, and the seat will "release" allowing it to fold flat, than tumble toward the front seats. When it is tumbled, and laying against the front seats, look under the back seat. There will be 2 bars that run horizontal. One is a big main bar, the other is spring loaded. Squeeze the two together (shouldn't be too hard) than pull the whole seat out of the brackets. Just yank it towards the rear of the Jeep. This process is easiest from the rear, with the tailgate opened

Oh if you ever get neoprene seat covers, quick way to get them on the back seat is to just pull the whole thing out and do it in the yard.

I just noticed your sig.
"A Driver Doesn't
Pick A Jeep, The Jeep Picks A Driver.
It's A Mystical Bond Between Man And Machine."
Everyday I drove by the dealer I kept looking at this red Jeep on a ramp, and my fiance always said, "Look! there's your Jeep!" The day came I wanted to actually look for a jeep and I went there to look at it. They said it had been sold so I had look for others in the area. They found that it had not been sold, but moved to another dealer. I went there and it was love at first sight. I bought it that day and have loved her ever since. She (Scarlett) is a part of the family now.
My fiance said the other day, "The Jeep was invented by a woman, because nothing so perfect could have come from a man."

Yea, I looked at a lot of jeeps and they dident click with me for some reason. When me and odhinn went to look at this one, It was just right. It felt good, the guy wanted me to take it on the highway to get a feel of it. I got around the corner and said "thats it, do you want cash or check I must have it".

I'll send you the link.

I don't want to hijack here, but the same thing happened to me. I was checking out the dealership's inventory online. As soon as I saw it, I knew I needed to see it in person. I had no intention of buying right then and there, but once I saw it in person and sat in it, I couldn't sign the paperwork fast enough! Ahhh, it's a beautiful thing!!
