Back window zipper

The zipper to my back window shattered the other day while trying to zip it up, I bought the replacement zippers for it and followed the directions as far as removing the slider from the bottow of the track, but i cant get the zipper on. Not sure if im just an idiot or if it is really this hard. Would greatly appreciate any advice on trying to get this zipper back on the track. thanks

Well I got some pliers and opened it up the slid it on the zipper track then closed it back to normal with the pliers it worked just fine after that hope this helps

Sometimes it is difficult to get them back on, make sure you are feeding it the right direction like the others & check that it's the same size as the others, if it is you could put some zipper lube on the end & just wiggle it on untill it takes.It can be a pain I just did the same thing on a tent zipper

Use needle nose pliers and small screwdriver to remove zipper stop that is crimped to zipper tape at end of tape on female half of zipper. Install slider in correct orientation. Reinstall zipper stop. Do not spread slider apart.
