BackSpacing and Rims

I hope someone can help me with the correct backspacing for rims on my 1997 Wrangler.

I just put a 3.5RE Superflex lift on, and I got the 35/12.5/15 Trxus tires. I have a Ford 8.8, and the left coil is about 1/4 of an inch away from the tire. The rims I have are 15X8 with 4" backspacing, but I need to get the tires out further away from the vehicle. Will 3.75 backspacing make that much difference, or is there another solution someone knows???

Does any one know who makes a good rim for this application, and what size it may need to be. I would like to stay with the 15X8 because of the advice I got from others on this forum.

Thanks

Go with a BS of 3.75"
Or, if your state laws don't care, go with a 3.5"-3.25", but those will make your tires stick out past your flares. Some state law enforcers don't like that. Here's what mine look like with a BS of 3.75"

Stock diffs (D30/35) Currently only running a 2" BB. Have a 3" Full Traction suspension lift waiting to be installed, along with a 1" Performance Accessories body lift. The BL is going on this weekend, hopefully.

The rims are 15x8 Eagle Alloys Series 102. Here's a pic of what they look like from the side.....sorry about how gross they are....haven't been polished for a bit...they're usually really nice looking..

Mine Eagles(15x8) have 3.25" backspacing with 11.5 tires. And they don't stick out more than 2" on each side.
