Backspacing help??

I just bought some Jeep wheels 15x7 with 5" backspacing and they rub the end of my tie-rod. Does anybody use wheelspacers or should I just sell and start from scratch? Got a really good deal on wheels, but Spacers will cost another couple hundred bucks. Any suggestions

It depends what your looking for if you really like your wheels now you could do the spacers but if u could also do something like the cragar soft 8s for like 60 bucks a piece which is just a plain black steel wheel which is popular.

Those are exactly what I was looking at. I could get them for the price of the spacers, plus I could get 8" wide.

You need to think of what you wantfrom your wheels. If it is looks your going for and you like the rims you have then space them. If you want the best thing for the trail turn your good deal into a good profit and put that to a nice set of runs that will do both looks and performance.
