Question Bag of chips

So, I've been looking at ECU chips to help improve my highway driving. My specs are below in my signature... so I guess I'm here to ask: Has anyone ever put an ECU chip in their 2.5 TJ? Did it help? Is it difficult to do?

Advice and experience is appreciated.

i have a edge chip in mine, i don't know how it drives without it in there though, but my throttle is VERY VERY touchy.... and i have a bigger motor, it has the edge performance package, (air intake, throttle body spacer, and chip) so i don't know if its just the chip thats doing that or what, im gonna take it out one day just to see if thats whats doing it or not.

I really think it is not going to really affect it that much. I would take that money and save it for a regear . A re-gear say to 4.56's will make it feel like a new jeep! Then you can run a bigger tire and not worry bout it later or stay at the same size and it will move really well.

If you haven't gotten more out of the insurance company than you deserve, then you haven't screwed them nearly as much as they have been screwing you for the past xx years.

yeah i think that will help a lot more in the long run, but that doesn't give you any more power really.. so it all depends on what you are really wanting i guess, i would rather regear though.

So many ask and so many times everyone has replied: Nothing works and if they did the auto manufacturers would use them since they are under constant pressure to improve fuel economy.
