Ball joints on tj

So I was installing new ball joints on the tj today when I ran into a small problem. Anyone know how to fix this ?

Look at the top of the knuckle thats where the problem is.

You've bent the knuckle, not a good situation.

You should have pulled that bottom bolt off the lower ball joint before trying to get the top ball joint off, then used a pickle fork or something similar to lnock that spindle off. Hopefully you can fix it.

I dont know how it could have happed. I know when I bought it there was damage to that side of the vehicle

Thats what I did I removed the bearing and axle then removed the nuts on each ball joint and used a pickle fork to seperate. I used a ball joint press to remove and install the new ball joints and now this. The other side is perfect.

Is that the cup from the press on that top ball joint?

Looks like the inner C is bent. That axle might as well be trash.

No thats how high the top of the ball joint is.

Would it be out of the question to bend it back into place some how and add a gusset ? I think I have found a hp 30 for the front.
