I've heard I should maybe clean the throttle body and Idle Air Control, is that a good start?
The only problem causing your engine to run and idle poorly is the battery isn't charged up enough yet.
When the battery is dead or very low, it doesn't provide enough power for the alternator. The alternator on newer Jeeps and most cars REQUIRES a good solid 12 volts from the alternator to run. So if the battery was so weak to require a jump start, it won't run properly after the jump start battery is disconnected. That is because the alternator requires 12 volts for it to be able to put out enough power for the ignition system.
Charge your battery overnight using a benchtop charge & the engine run fine tomorrow.
Caution that letting a battery go completely dead physically damages the battery so it may or may not come back to 100% health after being recharged overnight. Not an hour or two, not by driving the Jeep, but by a real battery charger... overnight or all day.
The days of engines being able to run properly without a good battery are long over for all Jeeps & most cars. Really.
