I dont trust our welders to do bracket that will hold my axle in place. I barely trust them with c gussets. Anything easier i can do?

Sorda.....appearing in a stock vehicle? No.....there are a ton of companies making parts to make a 9 inch front axle these days. If you do enough research you can make one as strong as a 60 front with better ground clearance than a 44 with the same size tire....other than that housing

All these things probably cost a ton. Soo lets say that there is no point of doing a hp30 with welded c gussets? I should just regear?

Just a general question about axle housings. If previous owner used to jump and abuse his jeep but the axle didnt bend does it mean the risk it wilk bend with me is higher? Or since itz not bent then its as strong as the day it left the factory? I dont wana get a housing spend mo ey and regear then i will have to do it over again because it was already abused.

Okay. So I was looking at the spider 9 housings yesterday and the diff is in the center of both axle housings. I'm guessing you cut the front tubes unequal to get it over to one side? Just curious.
