Only reason the guards act as a step is because my g/f is like 5'4.

I am ordering a new top tomorrow and it will be a Best top sailcloth replace a top or the rampage frameless. So can you tell me how much noise does your top make and if it fits tight or not ? BTW your Jeep looks good .

I like the wheels and the top a lot! I actually am having the same tires thrown on this week. Rather then Herculining, check out Monsterlinear I've heard some better things. Looks great though!

im not gonna lie, it is a bit noisier on the highway but its so f***ing easy just to take the windows out and rock the bikini top. and if you have the top on with the windows down(full doors), the two bars over the front of the cab will be hitting the top cause the wind. easy fix tho just to wrap a black t-shirt around them. i love it tho. thanks guys

I had one of those tops and couldnt stand it. It was noisy as hell and it leaked real bad when it rained. Not just on seems but like a shirt does when trying to hold water the whole thing leaked.

Looks good! If you wanna remove the jugs from the front, you can get 06 endcaps from the dealer for less than $8 a pair.....

The tires mounted on the new wheels balanced, and with a front end alignment came out to be 975. also with that price they filled all 5 up with nitrogen.
Inferno: Not to sound dumb, but what are you refering to as jugs?

Jugs are the large plastic ends on the OEM bumpers.
in 2006 they offered a flat plastic end piece instead.

Does your g/f find the steps helpful? I've been looking at those as well for mine...the OEM steps weren't terribly helpful for her....so I just took em off.

Yeah. She likes the steps. Doesn't use them every time but they do come in handy. As far as the jugs go, do the flat pieces look better then the jugs? Haven't seen an example. If anyone has them can the post a pic plz?
