Best 2" Lift & Shocks for 1999 TJ Sahara

I apologize if this is becoming a redundant thread, but I would like some of the experienced jeepers to offer me their take on the best 2" lift. I'm presently running 31" tires and wheels with everything stock. My neighbor swears by Teraflex, and I've heard folks on the forum steer people like me away from Rough Country and other lifts. Others like OME. I'd like to get the jeep up a bit and take care of the bit of sag in the rear, keeping the issue of clearance out of the conversation. Any quick, sage advice would be appreciated. If there are better shocks than others, I'd like to hear from you on that too. Thanks a lot!

I'll plug Dirk at DPG & OME. Spoke on the phone w/ Dirk and we walked through what was already done (looked at weight difference of engine, transmission etc,) and what I wanted to do (winch, rear bumper/tire carrier, 32's, mt bikes, cooler/kids). He made it simple to select the right coil rates and bump stops.

After wheeling 3 days last weekend, I'm quite happy with the "feel" over the stock coils.
