Best all-around 33's?

Looking for some experiences with a good all-terrain tire. My Jeep is my daily driver, dessert runner, trail rider, rock crawler, mud hopper, and beach comber (what's not to love right). I would like to find a tire that has aggresive tread for the sand and rocks, but is as quiet as can be going down the highway - very important. (swampers are definately out) I've been running 31'' MTR's which are great on the rocks - saved my arse several times, but I hate the fact you have to rotate em every 3k mikes or they go south on ya. I was looking at the ProComp X-Terrains and was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with em. Tough on the rocks? Quiet?

Anyone, anyone, Buehler, Buehler...

I've got the Pro-Comp X-Terrains and they are a great tire however they are not quiet on the road. They work really good on rocks and flex pretty good but I don't do mud so I can't tell ya much there. With any MT you have to be pretty good about rotating them.

YES!! i ran the x-terrains and they were awesome. They were the quietest tires ive ever heard and they did excellent in sand and soft dirt, thats probaly its strong point. Did very good in the rocks also. In the mud, they were so so. Well, im compareing it the tsl's. They did better in the mud than the the BFG mud terrains and the pro comp mudterrains. An excellant on and off road tire and extremely road safe. let me get some pics up for ya with the x-terrains in action

This hill was very difficult and most of the jeeps could not make it up, x-terrain handled it with ease

best tire for a daily driver and offroads on the weekend. Highly recommend it.

The BFG A/T are awsome when you air then down in the sand/beach and are really good on the express way ....they suck on the road though when its wet and they turn into hovercraft's over puddles

I if you got them sipped I think they would be ALOT better all around

if you like the MTR's, then i don't see why rotating the tires is such a big deal.

I have 33" Goodyear MT/R's and I rotate them about ever 5K and everything is fine. I do have one that is way out of balance, but it is my spare. I also do a 5 tire rotation, takes me all of about 20 minutes to rotate my tires.

No biggie.

my new BFG AT tires are the best ATs i had on my jeeps.
on the road they´re good when it rains or on snow. off the road they´re much better than my old wrangler ATs or yokohama ATs.
