I recently started using Discount Tire. I stopped in one day to have a flat fixed. I went to eat lunch and when I returned the flat was fixed at no charge. Manager said just come see me when you need tires. I have been back for 2 sets. Best service ever.

I agree with the previous posters. America's Tire aka Discount Tire has always had the best deals in my region. Great customer service to boot. I bought the warranty so they replace them for free whenever I end up with a nail in the sidewall (I have horrible luck with road debris so it works wonders for me). You just have to pay the tax on the tire.
I have gotten a few sets of tires a DT and here in Texas they put over sized tires on for me. They have also mounted and balanced tires with me just taking them up there loose in a different car.
Occasionally they run buy 3 get the 4th free or similar deals and will also buy your old tires. I got 5 tires for the price of 3 last time because of those two things combined last time. I believe they'll also price match and They also do free lifetime rotation and balancing and flat fixing on tires you buy from them.

My buddy owns a Good Year shop in Jersey. He'll put any size tire on that you want. I've seen quite a few Jeeps in his shop that he was upgrading their tires.
I had two shops that would not do it. My nephew runs a shop and sells me wholesale and does not do that so it's not a problem for me. It may be a corporate policy if they are not independent shops. I used to work for a major car rental corp and they would only put on matching make/model tires if one needed to be replaced because of the potential lawsuits.
