Only problem is that unlike I read on several threads my stock driveshaft wouldn't work, so I'm going to have to order a tom woods, wife isn't very happy but o well I needed one anyway now I just have an excuse, my question is this, when I measure should I measure with the transfercase drop installed or with it out, because am I correct in my thinking and reading that I will be able to remove the drop once I install his driveshaft. Thanks for any help

Do you have an sye and adjustable rear upper control arms? If no then you cant remove the tcase drop.

Then you'll need the drop still.

Don't forget the angled trackbar bracket so you can pivot the rear axle.

Well just ordered my tom woods and aa sye, guy told me I should get the premiem shaft for the 30 extra bucks, so all in all ended up running me 535 should be here next week he said. Then just to save for some adjustable upper arms so I can get rid of the tcase drop. Hope everything comes in right so I can get it in there and be good to go.

I have a 4 inch currie lift which comes with all 8 adjustable controll arms. No I dont have any transfer case drop. I dont see how you could do it without the arms because the pinion on the rear axle has to be the same angle as the driveshaft when running a double cardan shaft. I just put the lift on and there are no vibes so far really and im happy I didnt have to adjust anything.
