Best way to remove pinstripes???

Anyone know a good way to remove factory pinstripes without removing the paint?

Other than having Ray Lewis scare them off, you might try a hair dryer at medium to hot temperature. If they are decal pinstripes the adhesive should begin to become fluidized and lose its grip. As you pull just be patient and the heat will loosen the bond and you should have good results.

Yes I did this to a couple trucks I owned. Take a heat gun or a hair dryer. Hold the heat to the pin strip till hot. Then start pulling it off. The heat will melt the glue and should come off pretty easy. Slow and steady when pulling.

Hair dryer, adhesive remover and a plastic razor blade.

3M makes a really good adhesive remover after you get the stickers off. I would recommend a really good wax job afterwards.
