A '97 Bigfoot edition? That sounds like a local dealer thing where they might have added a body lift and slightly bigger tires, not an official Wrangler model produced by Jeep.

It came with a 3" BL and 32" AT tires and a sticker. Think thats about it. There may have been some minor mods to the motor too.

That sounds like a dealer installed package. Eerily similar to the Sasquatch Edition of the early 90's.

That's proof of no official Jeep corporate involvement then. No Jeep engineer would sign off on a 3" body lift but a clueless dealer's general sales manager would.

Definitely never offered from the factory. It has to be a dealer thing.

x3 what jerry said to, i suggest losing that body lift and doing a better lift. i hate when people get suckered into something that isn't really all that desirable, how would you know better?

take the body lift off asap. a 3" body lift is too much. plus with out any suspension mods the 32" tires are almost useless. all the body lift is doing is preventing the tires from rubbing, there is not any more axle travel.
