The drill in header should work fine, it does not intrude on the top of the windshield. It does not interfere with my soft top header and remains with the vehicle full time.

The bikini top couldn't be attached at the front, even with the drill style of header. The hard top's clamps need to pass down through where the bikini top would be positioned when attached to the drill style of header.

"Spiderweb shade" is really popular here. You an put your Hardtop right down on top of it. A bikini top is going to require hardware with either a drill style or non drill style header.
