After some research, I think I went with the standard NGKs

You need to post picks when you get them on your rig.

Yeah, Pics!

And you need to repost that link, because BWT.com takes us to a consulting firm.

yes, bad link.

How much do the NGK's run? Notice any difference?

Well, I tell ya this. I personally like to run what came factory in my vehicle. I've sold and tried other plug brands, and nothing matches (performance or otherwise) the plugs that come factory in any vehicle.

Sorry for the bad web link, the site is Buywheelstoday.com, and I haven't put them in yet but I went to my local Napa guy and got the Autolite APP-985 I paid 4.99 a piece.

Man you will hate cleaning those darn things and worse yet polishing them.

Also why 4.75bs?

as the spark plugs.. i have yet to hear 1 person not liking the champions.

outlaw 2's are cool wheels. they are on the black jeep sitting in my driveway, they are not a problem to keep in good shape.

and champion is the only way to go in 4.0

i haven't touched them in a few years, and they still look good. its hard to remember what we did for them when it was a daily driver, but it was not a big deal to keep them clean. i think we used mainly quick sprays, and thats it. i never remember polishing with mother's or anything.

i do remember getting a new set under warranty cuz the clear coat started to peal, honestly it wasn't even noticable, my buddy was just bein a dick. but they forked over a whole new set with no hassle.

hhmm mine don't have clear coat so they get aluminum rust all over which is a pain to clean. If you try to polish it up, the rust ends up into spots which turn black and the only way to get rid of them is with more polishing. I have tried all the sprays and compounds but nothing.. none. It will clean the black off of the spots but the rust is still underneath.

Basically when u get them, polish them up and spray them with clear coat if you'd like to keep ur rims looking new.

OE sparkplugs only.....dont let em sell you on anything else.....they will be a waste of money and at times will limit performance due to gapping from the factory......unless you know how to gap them yourself

yes, my bad on the exact wording but oxidation.. Aluminum rust is sort of white. Also it is very strong and hard. I dont remember if it was stronger than the aluminum it self but its very strong unlike the steel rust that falls apart on its own.

Mine oxidized and then they get dirtier very quickly. Looks like rusting sometimes. Power wash and polish was the only way i could get them cleaner.

Folks.... they are clear coated, so you would just clean them with soap and water or a rim cleaner that is safe for clear coated wheels. these are my second set of these wheels. I had a set back in 1984 on my 84 CJ-7 and never had any problems with them

Trip is that a salt problem or does it erode (or rust) like that in the summer? Don't think i have ever seen rims do that before. Are you sure it's not a defect of materials that your rims are made of?

that is similar to what mine did here, but to a way lesser level, and american racing replaced them.
