Blitz USA great customer service
I have 2 Blitz USA jerry cans that I carry on my rear bumper/spare tire carrier.
Last week, myself and Sbrooks72 made an 11 mile run through a valley canyon at some fairly decent speeds. Somewhere along that run, the cap on one of my jerry cans vibrated loose and fell off. After googling and unsuccessfully trying to find a cap, I emailed the manufacturer to ask how I can get a replacement cap, assuming I would have to buy one. I just received an email from Blitz USA Customer Service that said:
Thank you for your request.
I will be more than happy to send you a replacement metal cap.
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.
In these times, I thought it was amazing that a company is willing to send replacement parts for no cost whatsoever. I just wanted to post this info and give some respect to Blitz USA.
