blwer resistor block?

Ineed to replace my blower resistor block. Where is it located?

on most vehicles the fan resistor/heater coil/ect is located under/near the glovebox.

a bad one will usually only work on low speed....search the net for info-- their expensive sometimes, and theres lots of info on how to rebuild them yourself.

Incorrect, a bad resistor block should fail to where it only works on high speed. This is a failsafe measure. If it stops working all together check the motor first along with the fuse.

Just had mine fixed. Blower would only work on high. Replaced resister, works fine now.

Depending on the year, I believe the older Tjs had the resistor in the heater box on the passenger side floor.
