bobble when accelerating

Ok so i have an 02 wrangler with 4.0 manual that is having some strange symptoms. Whenever i go to accelerate from a dead stop it bobbles and hesitates. The best way i can think to describe it is like when you dont give it enough gas when releasing the clutch and it jutters on ya. Only its not that because i'll give it more than enough gas and it only equates to it juttering faster. The real kicker is that it will only do it once everything is warm and i have been driving around for 20-30 minutes and the longer i drive the worst it gets. When its cold and hasnt been driven all day it pulls away perfectly without issue. I cant for the life of me figure out what it is Any ideas?

My 1997 TJ with a 4.0 manual does the same thing. I was told it could be oil leaking in the clutch. I'm not sure if that is it or not but I did notice that when my power steering gear box leaks (it quit leaking for about 2 month but has recently started again) that is when my clutch "jumps" as i call it. I know the power steering gear box is not by the clutch but it has me wondering.

Did you ever get it figured out? I haven't on mine. It still does it every once in a while.
