Body Armor Trail Doors issue!!!

So last week, doors arrived. Drivers side went in fine passenger side not a chance. Called them up, they tell me to adjust door hinge on tub. Didnt work. Send me another set, arrive today. Passenger side still doesnt go in. Top pin isnt going into the hole even half way. Bottom pin will go in upper hole but not the top pin. Pin looks crooked to me. For $300 i shouldnt have to adjust my door hinges that are now going to affect my full doors I'll be swapping frequently.

Oh and dont get me started on how the first set of doors, their hinge that is welded on tore my paint to pieces bc of rubbing!

Dude that sucks I don't know what you mean by trail doors tho like the rocking climbing tube doors? Either way it sounds like a defect on their end, u should never relocated ur hinges unless this are the doors u are keeping on there

They told me they may have welded on JK pins onto the doors. Theyre sending me a 3rd set now. If these dont work, i'll have to start grinding away and figure it out. Crossing my fingers though!!

I really want these doors but dont want to have to adjust hinges everytime i swap doors

The 3rd set should arrive here any day. I do have my fingers crossed and hoping they work out. The other brands didnt attract my eye and figure id run them all winter & spring till june time rather than no doors.

But we'll see! Will keep you posted.

I understand that but the guys im talking to are in Colorado or wherever. They can at least send me the right model of doors I would think.

I went with these doors bc I thought they looked pretty sweet vs just going with no doors and I didnt like any of the other brands appearance wise.

Im doing all this straight with the guys at body armor. No middle man.

I originally went through my local jeep shop but to stop any delays I went straight to body armor about my issues the first I had th. Since its been me and body armor communicating.

Yah I would say for the price u r paying and the frustration u have to deal with that u just buy Tj hinges and some tubing and find a friend that can weld for u with the payment of beer and a offroad session and call it a day lol
