Body Lift?

I have recently purchased a 2000 Jeep Wrangler 4.0L with a 5spd. I have been checking out the jeep to see what upgrades the previous owner has done. I was looking at the spacers between the body and the frame, and I think they look like a body lift was installed. Do you think this is a body lift? Thanks in advance. that looks factory could be a .75 lift

That looks like the stock body mount rubbers.

nah...no body lift...jdub2k5 is right that's stock...
