Talking Bought my 04 Wrangler yesterday :)

It took me 9 months but I finally got one! It's an 04 unlimited, not rubi, but it does have a d44 in the front and rear. not sure what the gearing is. 65000 on it. I love it. Got done taking the fox logo off last night. I want a new soft top for it the windows on this one are pretty scratched and hard to see out of. I also want some oro taillights. Good old heep already taking all my money. People are already asking for rides and of course i'm indulging them. The only thing I dont know how to turn on are the offroad lights. I've looked for a switch everywhere. I paid 15100 out the door from a local dealer.

Did the dealer put the Rubicon decal on? Also Looks like an Unlimited (LJ) which explains the D44's. To check gear ratio you can look at the tags on the differentials. will tell gear ratios

If it has a dana 44 front and rear its a rubicon. LJs come with a rear dana 44 and front dana 30

Your off road lights are on your light switch, just pull out.

Try this for your windows. Looks good and seems cheaper than a new top.

Someone may have swapped a new front end into it. Stickers are easy to buy/apply. Stock Rubicons always came with the black diamond plate rocker panels.

You could also check for locker switches under the radio. After market additions rarely use the stock switches.

Dont forget the t-case rubicons also have a 4:1 t-case ratio

BTW.... I used PLAST-X on my windows.... the headlight polish from A-zone for like $6.... worked great!!!!
