Brake buddy for towing

I'm installing a brake buddy in my 2002 Sahara in order to be legal for towing. The braking system needs power while towing using the lighter socket. The problem is the socket is hot only when the ignition switch is in the run position.
I read about removing the relay and replacing it with a jumper so the socket remains hot with the key in the tow position but I can't locate the relay.
