Front or Rear brakes....

Jack up the front & rear and spins wheels by hand to see of they drag too much.

Pump the brakes and then spin them. Might just be one that isn't releasing. Could be a stuck caliper or a collapsed line.

Amazon.com: Raybestos FRC10186 Premium Remanufactured Brake Caliper: Automotive

These are for your year jeep. Each side is different!!! I put a pair of these from raybestos on my truck and no complaints so far.

I wouldn't throw money at it til you are sure what the problem is. Jack up the affected wheel and unscrew the bleed screw. If the caliper releases then its the hose. If it doesn't release, then its the caliper.

had this same issue,

step 1: just pulled the brake off, released the bleed valve a little bit, and pushed the piston back in.
step 2:While the brake pads were off, i closed the bleed valve, pressed the brakes slightly to make it come back out, and repeat step 1, then reclose the bleed valve.

I did step 2 to make sure it was operating smoothly and BAM, problem solved!
