brake sticks

ok i got all lift questions out of the way...now my brakes- the front pass. side brake sticks but only when it gets hot and it only seems like when its hot out. its only happen 3 times i let it cool down and it unsticks it self..ive bleed the brake still done it afterwards. could it be calipers? are tj caliper known for this or is it i got a shoty one plus ive took it off and cleaned it

I would say replace the caliper.. fairly cheap to replace. Could also just need cleaned. Might have mud or road crap in the piston area.

either caliper mechanical bind or rubber brake hose with internal blockage. how to tell? when the brake is sticking take a wrench and open the bleeder screw on the caliper. if this releases the sticking caliper you need a new rubber hose if the caliper is still stuck then you have a mechanical bind in the caliper so get you a reman caliper..good luck

right on, only works if you can check it while it is acting up, otherwise do both, they're both fairly inexpensive, and common to fail eventually.

When it sticks, kick the brake pedal to see if it unsticks. Also check the pads.. are they worn crooked? Does the caliper move freely in and out on the bolts?

Lube up the sliding bolts with the proper lube. It's a floating caliper so they need to be well lubed.
