Brakes

Replaced my brake pads and rotor about a month ago and recently started screeching every time I brake. (Sounds like a bus stopping). What can be wrong or is it something I have to wait for the pads and rotors to be worn in.

Try cleaning them.

Try applying Molly lube or anti seize to the back of the pads where they contact the caliper. This should fix the squeak. Be careful not to use too much as it could collect dirt.

If they didn't squeal for the first month then something has changed! A small amount of never seize (or the special grease they sell specifically for the back of brake pads) will usually fix the noise problem. I'll assume that you bedded in the new pads properly, although bedding in issues usually result in rotor glazing and sub-optimal stopping instead of noise.
