Brighton Mi Trails?

Alright guys so i have been going to this spot by woodland lake off of Vista view and it seems like a really good off road spot with some pretty good trails but i haven't really seen that many cars in there and i was wondering what this spot is actually for and if its actually meant to be used as an offroad trail. I mean its big enough for a jeep but is it private and who made it? Please let me know

I think I've was there before when I first got my Jeep. A friend of a cousin of mine lives there.

Wasn't a single soul there then, but we tore it up!

If it is private land, then you need the owners permission to be there. Tread Lightly for all our 's sake.

Yeah i havent seen anyone else there when i go thats why I was asking. The only people i saw were some atv people but they didnt seem to mind and there are no signs either so im not sure but there are some parts where it opens up to land where their starting to put up houses and there it says no trespassing but other then that and before that there are none. I know theres a lot of people that go there to this one spot to go swimming and swing into the lake but no one seems to mind jeeps there. It sure is a pretty good spot though and its the only true off road spot thats close to me not like bundy hill and the sand dunes that are like 3 hours away.
