broken sway bar connector.

i have a 98 tj. i broke the sway bar connector. i have the top nut off. is the rest of the connector thredded up thru the swaybar or can i just knock that out from the top of the swaybar with a hammer?

If your talking about the nut on the top of your sway bar end link where it connects to the end of the swaybar.... then yes, just beat it down out of there with a hammer. It's not threaded through the sway bar.

Heat it up with torch,, cut it, or beat it ,, heat works wonders
