Broken Transmission Bracket

Took my skid plate off today to clean the 100lbs of mud that was on it and i broke two of the four bolts that holds the bracket from the transmission to the skid plate. Are those bolts pressed in and would i be able to take it to a machine shop and have them replaced or do i just have to get a new bracket?
