Build Order with Future in Mind?

This this might be a bit of reading.. but I'm stuck as to what I need to mod next. Yes - need! 0=]

Right now:

RC 2.5" coil + 2" spacr for 4.5" at suspension
Rock Krawler Front/lower and rear/upper Adj CA's
Advanced Adapter SYE/Tom Woods
33" tires
Dana 30/35 w/ 3.73 limited slip

Everything else is stock. The rear track bar is mounted on a bracket that came with the lift. The front track bar was relocated via drilling a hole as per instructions with lift. The shocks are meant for the 2.5"+.75" spacer. I Swapped their .75" with my 2".

What I would like in the end:

5-6" springs
Dana44 or Super35 w/ lockers
1"body/MML with belly-up skid plate
Front & Rear adj track bar
Shocks to fit the lift (either now or once springs are in, both would be a lot of $ depending on time frame)
Brake lines
Bump stops
35" tires

There may be more intermediate steps/mods that are required. What I don't know is what order to do them in as it'll have to be more or less in phases (as $ allows).

Lets hear suggestions as to what to get / what I left out / what order so I can still have have fun and a sexy, functional jeep. It's mostly DD with limited / light off-road use for now
