yup, i believe smittybuilt bumpers are heavy duty, but i cant reamamner exactly, skid row plates are good as well. as for the spacer i dont think you'll need one if its jsut a bumper, and if you notice the front end being lower than the rear you can order them later

having lots of weight on the outside of the axles adds "more" weight since it gets a bit of a leverage.. i believe nico has a bumper and a winch and needed 2" spacers up on front..

Bumper

Are you referring to this front bumper? If so, weight wise its not very heavy but im sure it works well when needed.

I love my SRC front bumper, its taken some nice hits from both trees and rocks and only damaged the paint. as far as skids go I agree with Bruins skid row is the maker of some nice skids. I also like the PSC stuff too, thats what I'm lookin into when I get my gas tank skid. either that of my buddy from Warn is gonna set me up with some...

just saw it on a website.. the shipping weight of the bumper is 85 pounds so i'd gues its like 80lb for the bumper it self..

As soon as i get enough green i'm getting one too.

Yeah, I am in teh market for a bumper too, but i like a bumper that is a little less obtrusive... not a fan of the stinger.

ya you really gotta be patient and search, for example I just bought a new holster for the glock that is usually $150 new...found it on ebay from some guy for $35 New in the package. I usually get really good deals on ebay but sometimes they aren't always the cheapest.
