Question Bushwacker Flat flairs?

I'm seriously considering Bushwacker flat flairs. Do they add any clearance? Are they high quality? Are they durable? $450+ seems like a lot of $ for flairs so I need to know I'm making the right choice.

Thanks!

We have them on the JK. They are quite durable, and offer much more clearance than stock. Shop around for price tho', I got ours for $397-$50 rebate, shipped.... Jeep Wrangler Accessories such as Jeep tops, winches, fender flares from manufactures such as BesTop, Outland and Smittybilt but that price may not be in effect anymore. Last I looked they were like 404 or something...

i have them on my 03 and i just put a set on my wifes 05 unlimited. these will change the look of your ride giving it a great off road look and a lot more clearance and coverage for your tires. they are wide enough to completely cover a 12.50 wide tire and are great quality. the worst part of the installation is getting the old parts off.

I have them on my TJ and they are great. Very durable and haven't faded. I haven't knocked them around in the trails, but I've heard they hold their own.

I put them on a week ago. Love the look and added clearance. The installation wasn't exactly a walk through the park but I have a way of making things difficult. Now mud and water doesn't spray into the cockpit which is just why I bought them. Has anybody here used the little orange reflectors that came with the flares?

Nope, no need for those reflectors. They just attach to the tub and I'm sure eventually they would just peel off.

And they look stupid. I just ordered the Bushwacker side panels to cover the holes left by removing the factory flare extensions or "dog legs". One thing leads to another!
