Buyer beware?

A week or so ago I ordered a front bumper from Truckandwinch.com. I received an email a few mins later letting me know my order has been placed and would receive an email with a tracking number. I waited, then got tired of checking my email and called them. The day I placed my order they ran out of stock on the item I ordered, and won't have any for a month or so.
No call or email to let me know that I'd have to wait a month or more.
They said they would refund my money but have yet to send a confirmation, or refund.

Have any of you ordered from that website? If so any issues.

After dealing with a couple BS websites I only deal with the few proven dealers. Or the vendors who post on here and try to help you with issues are good people.

I tend to veer away from sites that I haven't heard good things about. My favorite website so far is northridge4x4. They have extremely fast shipping and excellent response time to inquiries.

x2 on Northridge. Bought some alloy axle shafts from them. They are very responsive and helpful.

I ordered a couple of winch mounting plates from Truckandwinch.com. UPS lost one of them and it did take a while to get any information about my order and why it was delayed, so I was a little upset about the lack of communication from them. When I did receive my first plate, it didn't fit my YJ at all. They were pretty cool about shipping out a different type of plate to replace the one that didn't fit. Overall it was a so-so experience with them. They were quick to get me some smaller items I ordered through them.

I just bought some LED lights from them. Had them in hand within 3 days. No complaints here. I do think most of there stuff is shipped from over seas, and that may have something to do with it. The lights I got from them showed out of stock for almost a month on there website before finally showing available again.

I ordered the spider bumper right before Christmas and got it in 3 days. I do like the bumper for the price and had no problems with them as far as customer service goes. However, I did call to ask if the bumper was USA made and they said yes, bold face lie I come to find out later.
