Here's what I do
1 never fall in love the first time you see it
2 check all fluids cold
3 make sure the engine is cold or sat along time to see how it starts
4 start it and let it run, listen for the idle and such
5 check how the tires are wearing
6 check under carrage for rust
7 pull drain plugs and check for rust
8 check brake line rust
9 drive it
When that's done I usually call the next day after I have all that info and after I check comparables. See what your getting (hard/soft top, tires, rims and such).
Thank a cop in honor of Michael Frey. Thank a veteran for your freedom. God bless the troops. Never forget.
