CA Lengths ???

Hello,

today I bought 8 only 1/2 year old used RE superflex CAs for only 400$. Iīll get them in 3-4 weeks.

Now i need to know the right lengths for the 4 front CAs. I have 4.5" lift and want a correct caster angle.
Is there a website with a list of the right CA lengths?

Until I can afford a SYE and CV driveshaft and belly-up skidplate Iīll install the RE CAs in the rear in the stock CAs lengh.
But some times later i also need the correct rear CAs lenghts...

Please help me !!!

Thanks!
nicolas-eric

I have a 4" lift. The old 4" lower arms I took off were 16 1/8", all 4 lower arms are the same length. There is no reason you can not install all the arms. Use factory lengths on your uppers. You can actually rotate your front axle to 4.5 -5 deg using the upper adjustable arms.

i have to re-center the front axle because my tires rub in the rear of the fender in full flex and full lock. thatīs why i canīt use the stock lenghts in the front.

is it possible to put the front axle a bit more to the front than only in the center?

ho can i see that the axle is 4.5-5 degrees rotated?

Just get a angle gauge and set it up for the proper caster. Also if you have 4 adjustible ca's the axle can be moved foward a little

He's got a 2" body lift.

EDIT: 2.5 in springs and 2 in spacers. Thats a good question.

the one side of the 4.5-5 degrees angle is the levelled ground and the other is the pinion? right?

i have 2.5" HD OME springs and 2" spacers. and i really donīt have any vibes.

after installing my old 2" BB (the TJ was only 3 months young) i had some vibes and had to lower the TC with 4 washers (about 1/3").
when i installed the 2.5" HD OME lift that gave me in real 3.25" (1.25" more than with the BB) before it sagged 0.5" down to 2.75"(with the 12.000 lbs winch and the 35" spare tire on the bestop tire carrier) i didnīt have new vibes.
then i added 2.25" spacers in the front (i replaced the 0.5" OME trimpackers with it and 1.75" spacers in the rear.
and there were really no new vibes.
when iīm bored on a weekend in the next months i will install a 1" MML instead of the small TC drop.

itīs really funny. after i installed the 2" BB all my buddies said that itīs impossible that i need a TC drop with only that small lift. and now they say that they cant believe what they see, that i donīt have any vibes with that much lift.
