Cool California C.A.R.B. Legal

So... I've inherited a 2002 wrangler sahahra... the headers have a leak... 1,115,000 miles or so... are there any CA legal header options... plus cat back exhaust, i guess it's all CA legal bc it "isn't involved in emissions equipment"
?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????/

I don't know about any of the other manufacture's systems but I called Banks and they said that there system from headers to cat back is C.A.R.B approved and you get a certificte with it when you get it.
