Can anyone tell me what color this is?

Hello all,

I'm trying to order some missing pieces/parts for my soft top since April approacheth... Problem is, I'm not sure what color this soft top is. I just bought this 98 TJ a couple of months ago and am not sure if it's tan or spice. Can anyone help me out?

Here's the info on the door plate:

And here's a pic of the sides:

Thanks in advance!

Why don't you just email the pictures of the top you have and let the distributor make the decision as to the color.

If you ever need to know what it came with, go to Original 4x4 off road SUV, Mid size SUV, Crossover Vehicles | Jeep.com and email them with the VIN#, they will reply with the original build sheet.

Keep in mind that being 14 years old that if it's not the original top, then the pieces you buy may not fit or match. If you can try to find the manufacturer tag to ensure you buy the right style. Zippers and velcro vary by manufacturer, and ones spice, may not match another's spice.

Ironically my jeep had a hardtop on it when I bought it, but no factory hardtop switches, and no soft top hardware at all.... And my vin plate is devoid of any stamp for top type. Hummm.....
