Can anyone tell me what this is?

I've got an '05 wrangler x, 4.0 and six speed. I found this connection on both sides under the front fender. i don't think it had fog lights stock, but don't really know since it has a salvage title.Click image for larger version

The switch will be a pull out tip on your turn signal stalk.

If yours had the right turn signal switch it would have a picture of fogs on the end with an arrow

Manufacturers save money buy making one single wiring harness instead of many different harnesses depending on options. If you look elsewhere on your Jeep you'll find connectors with nothing connected to them because they go with certain options. So you will have the conector but unless your Jeep came with fog lights from the factory, there won't be a swtich for your fog lights.
