Can I Coat These Wheels?

They are factory 16" alloys that came new with the Jeep in '01.
The only exterior parts that aren't blacked out (hate silver and chrome).
Will Herculiner bond to these.... will anything bond well to these?
It's possible that the alloys are factory powder-coated and I'm a ditz when it comes to painting. Just don't want to Herculiner them if it isn't going to stick.
Thanks

Thanks, I can do that.
Can the weight of the Herculiner product adversely effect the wheel balance at all?

Just spin balance them after you paint them. Should be cheap.

I'd suggest just using the rattle can bed linder. I did a set of Canyon's and they turned out great.
