Can I Do This?

I think that Iam going to scrap the 2" bb and the 32" BFG's because Iam not much of a off roader, and we do not really have many opportunities for that around here anyway.
Here is what Iam wondering if I can do. I would like to buy 5 black steelies and have my 30" tires installed on them because the 30's still have some life in them. Then when it does come tire time I would like to install a set of 31" BFG's on the steelies. Will this work? Will the 31's fit on the same rim that the 30's do?
I have a white TJ with black top(s) and everything that I have installed is black too, so I think that the black wheels will look nice, and I think that the Jeep already has a nice "stance" just the way it sits.
Are there black center caps and lug nuts available, or do I need to use chrome?
If this will work, what size rim do I need to purchase to accomodate both tire sizes?
Will the 31's fit under the stock TJ without any modifications?
Thanks again, Scooby

15 x 8. This will work better for the 10.50's when you upgrade and that will give you some flexibility up the road for up to 12.50's. Also it won't be too wide for a 30 9.50 either!!

15X8 with 4.0 backspacing

for the center caps and lug nuts all you would have to do is strip the chrome and paint them black if you couldn't find black ones. as mentioned above go with 15x8 just so you don't have to buy rims twice if you ever go bigger.
