A 2 inch budget boost plus a 1.25 inch body lift should clear 33's

buy 2" coil spacers (4 of em) and make sure the rims you buy have at least 3.5" back spacing.

thats all you need for street driving with enough clearance. i can turn full lock with about a half inch from rubbing. and i bought used tires.

brand new 33's might rub a wee bit

Whoop to the Wizoop. You could always look at V8 Grand Cherokee front springs and Crown Vic Police Package rear springs (junk-yard items, both) for your 2" or so and then add a 1" to 1.25" body lift. Should clear 33" tires. Might need to dick with your steering stops for rub, but from what I've heard, this should clear 'em. That would be as budget as I could think of.

Welcome and Dutch is right fogey a budget that always gets thrown out the window. Personally I would go ahead and put a suspension lift on especially if you plan on going off road.
