Can't decide, wheels or winch

Can't decide on my next purchase. I have the funds so it's all up to what I want. I can get new pro comp wheels d windows for 212$ shipped then like 80$ to install. Which would help with rubbing issues on control arms and get rid of those god awful wheels I have. Or I can get the new smittybilt 9.5 gen 2 winch and plate together for 409$. I just can't decide and need an opinion. Any is appreciated. Thanks!

winch. unless your having severe issues to where your tires are into your control arms to the point is undriveable. your current rims may not be to your taste but they are serving their purpose. ive been battling myself the past month on pulling the trigger to get rid of my factory rims/spacers, but the fact is they get the job done and I need to focus on regearing.

That's what I've been hearing. Function over looks. The wheels do work and have been for awhile. They just look bad and rub at full lock.

X2 for Winch. You can hit the wheels with some black spray paint if you want to change them up a bit, or plastidip, but the winch is functional. PM if you'd like a quote on one and I'll get you the best price around!

I like the wheels you have. Different, not everyone has them.

I vote winch. Although from experience, I wouldn't run another Smittybilt winch if someone gave it to me. Or, another set of steel wheels. Stick with aluminum.

Ok I'm stuck choosing between two engo winches. The e9000s with synthetic line for 425$ comes with cover. Or the epf10,000 with steel cable for 325$

I have the E9000S, and love it. To me, any synth is better than steel. Caution, the E9000 is made in China, and some folks have an adversity to this. I have not used mine a lot, just a few pulls last winter. I expect to be using it again this winter with no issues. Also good for hanging up a deer over a tree branch to clean out, skin and quarter.

I vote for the wheels...as long as they're alloy's and not steelies

but if you go winch, i'd get an engo over a smitty. Also, could be just my opinion, but you're gonna want to get a new battery such as a diehard p4 in order to winch as well as crank the vehicle. So, add another 225 or so to the price.
