can't get tonneau back on!!!

This is crazy!!! I can rebuild my entire jeep but I can't get a dang cover back on. Any tricks to getting it on? It's been off for a year and seems to dang small. I need another inch to make it work...(that sounds horrible). Anyways, how do I get that inch???

I left it in the sun for two hours and it's hot here, I'm in Texas. It's driving me crazy. I have a jl audio amp and speaker just chilling and don't want to leave it without cover on. Guess I'll try again in a bit

Yeah. Just give it some time. More sun can't hurt the situation.

I broke the straps on the tonneau. Screw that thing. I stretched and pulled for an hour and nothing. I'll get a new one in diamond instead of the sorry denim. I got whooped by a tonneau
